According to the latest statistics released by China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), China exported 488,000 units vehicles in October, up by 9.8% month on month, and up by 44.2% year on year.

From January to October this year, China’s export volume of vehicles stood at 3.922 million units, up by 59.7% year on year. More specifically, the export volume of passenger vehicles grew by 67.3% year on year to 3.306 million units. The export volume of commercial vehicles went up by 28.3%, reaching 616,000 units. The export volume of fossil fuel powered vehicles reached 2.927 million units, up by 49.6% year on year while that of the new energy vehicles stood at 995,000 units, up by 99.1% year on year.
