Hongqi has made the Middle East debut of its G919 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The vehicle was displayed at a reception hosted by the Chinese Embassy in the UAE to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 42nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the UAE.

During the event, guests visited the Hongqi G919 display and took a close look at its design and key features. The vehicle attracted attention from guests at the event.

The appearance of the G919 marks another step in Hongqi's expansion into overseas markets and its efforts to strengthen cooperation in the automotive industry between China and the UAE.

As one of the Chinese new-energy vehicles displayed at the event, the G919 showcased Chinese technologies and intelligent vehicle features to visitors from the Middle East.

The Hongqi G919 uses a body-on-frame structure and is equipped with a 2.0T range-extender system and four independent electric motors. The vehicle combines off-road capability with intelligent features and is designed to meet different driving needs in the Middle East market.

The Middle East debut also gives Hongqi an opportunity to increase its brand presence in the region.

Hongqi plans to expand its sales and service network in the UAE and other Middle Eastern markets. The company will also continue to develop its local sales, after-sales service and customer operations.

At the same time, Hongqi plans to introduce more premium models designed for local market needs and strengthen cooperation with local partners in new-energy vehicles and intelligent mobility.
